The hotel's location was magnificent, right by restaurants and bars, and the river with great views.

Had huge room with good bathroom for a great stay. An air conditioner and a radiator were there too. The hotel was in a very central setting close to the Old Town.

The rooms are brand-new with sparkling clean bathrooms and have a stylish interior. It has great and lovely location to see Saint Laurent Bridge.

The property was clean and quirky. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant and provided with plenty of sensible-sized towels, a lovely big shower, as for instance. The location was perfect, to downtown by walking with easy access to the main shopping centre and shops. Fast food restaurant La Maison des Co'pains was located 5 minutes walk away.

Not obvious to find.

The restaurant was excellent from a choice of restaurants, we ordered warm dishes. Good and marvellous location, within walking distance of a Roman Catholic church, we liked it.

The location offered was magnificent and incredible close enough to centre for restaurants as well as Germany and France. It also was excellent on the river bank. The standard queen room I stayed in was new-fashioned with a very comfortable bed.

The building is really nice, the room is comfortable quiet. The location is magnificent, and the staff is amazingly friendly and affable. Walk from a train station, you can easily travel around Macon.

Well-maintained, brand-new unit with good bathroom, and superfriendly staff. Very central location so close to the centre, large breakfast. Based short walk to downtown by walking as well as both public areas.

Superb food as for continental breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed & particularly good and marvellous position right by all restaurants, the riverside, and both public areas and both private areas. Also, to nearest restaurant for evening meal.

Enjoyable breakfast with a good selection. Secure parking available. Nearby bars and restaurants. Kudos to the manager and staff for their efforts.

We stayed at Best Western for one night during our journey back to England. The location was perfect, with a lovely view across the river at breakfast. The staff made us feel very welcome and the room was comfortable and quiet, with a great shower. The secure parking gave us peace of mind and the hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants. a satisfying and enjoyable stay.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The employees were really friendly and affable and kept it all fairly clean. Its location not very far from Saint Laurent Bridge was great.
